Soft Heat Steamy Combination Sauna Heater w/Steam Generator The Steamy sauna heater offers you several ways to take your sauna: traditional sauna (high temp, low humidity) or soft sauna (low temp, high humidity). The Steamy heater and its quiet steam generator have built-in protection against overheating and dry boiling. Double Therm It's not surprising that Finnleo offers one of the most exciting breakthroughs in the centuries-old tradition of Sauna Heating.Finnleo's new Double-Therm line of commercial sauna heaters actually heat the rocks and the air separately. The result is that less power is used to deliver the most soothing and softest sauna heat imaginable. In fact, Double-Thern delivers nearly 50% more heat per kilowatt than conventional heaters. In conventional heaters, the air becomes heated directly by the rocks which in turn have been heated by electric elements. Double-Therm heats the air directly while maintaining the rocks at just the right temperature. Double-Thern has double (200 to 230 pounds) the amount of rocks, too! What this means is that in commercial sauna settings where the sauna is "on" several hours each day, the rock temperature can be maintained continuously with as little as 900 watts!
