Automatic Heart Rate Training Program: Pre-set your desired heart rate for your workout and the EC-5000 will increase or decrease pedal speed as needed to maintain your heart rate to within 3 bpm of target rate.
Interval Training Programs: Choose from one of three different styles of interval training, each style can be set to one of nine different work levels.
Hill Profile Programs: Choose from one of eight different mountain profiles, each mountain profile can be set to one of nine different work levels.
Original Training Programs: Allows the user to program into memory two different mountain or interval profiles of his or her own design. These programs can easily be modified by the user as desired.
Manual Training Program: Choose from one of 20 different work rate levels at any time during your workout.
