All ship dates listed on our invoices are estimates, as we take into account equipment production schedule changes and shipping company delays.  All items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable upon shipping.  In addition, a 20-percent restocking fee is charged in the event an order is cancelled prior to shipping.  Fitness Forever, Inc. retains the right to make changes to this policy at any time.  Even though our #1 priority is to make every attempt for customer satisfaction, we must strictly adhere to this refund policy.
