In only 30 minutes three
or four times a week, you won’t believe the results The most
advanced trainer ever developed, the Agile DMT goes well beyond
elliptical. How? It’s all about the motion. Standard elliptical
machines offer only one motion, but the Agile DMT offers twelve
“dynamic” motions and twenty levels of intensity. With the push of a
button, the Agile DMT transforms from elliptical to Agile mode,
creating a greater range of motion, increased heart rate, and muscle
stimulation that dramatically increase the intensity of the workout.

Manual Program: Create your own personalized

Three Target Programs:
Time - Choose a preset time or enter your
own. Use the Lite Touch™ thumb sensors to vary the intensity and
motion pattern.
Distance - Choose a preset distance or
enter your own. Use the Lite Touch™ thumb sensors to vary the
intensity and motion pattern.
Calories - This is an ideal program for
those who are watching their calories or have goals based on
calorie counts. Simply enter the number of calories you would like
to burn and begin. For an added challenge, use the Lite Touch™
thumb sensors to adjust the intensity and motion pattern.
Interval Program: Reach for your target heart
rate and improve cardiovascular endurance with higher intensity
routines. Alternate high-intensity periods with periods of
cool-down. The intervals within this program offer great balance
between cardio, fat burning and muscle toning. Each interval can be
adjusted at will.
Endurance Program: Starting in warm-up mode,
the endurance program gradually increases the intensity
incrementally to burn fat and calories and build stamina. A cooling
down period follows the final level of intensity. Each of the eight
levels is adjustable. Vary Agile motions along the way for maximum
benefit.
Watts Control: Use the preset wattage level
or select your own. Resistance changes automatically during this
routine, but can be adjusted if needed.
Fat Burning: Exercising for longer periods of
time at a reduced level of intensity encourages your body to burn
more calories and fat. Preset levels are optimal for this routine,
but are completely customizable to suit any fitness level.
Heart Rate Control: The consummate cardio
workout. This program consists of a Warm-up, Main Program and Cool
Down. The elliptical machine determines a preset maximum target
heart rate based upon your sex, height, weight and age, or you can
adjust it to whatever maximum target workout rate you want. (This
should be subject to the user's physical condition and determined
after consulting with a physician.) Once you start, the program
takes you through a mild warm-up routine, a powerful workout and a
cool-down phase for a complete cardio program. All settings are
customizable.
