The 1190ER takes every key mechanical element in a Rear Drive Elliptical and refines it, mechanically and with program features.

BodyFit adjustment is another Diamondback first. Three horizontal positions allow you to set the handrail distance from your body. Also, as the position is set closer to your body, the incline of the footpath increases, making the 1190ER a manually adjustable Rear Drive Elliptical! BodyFit - maximum ergonomic fit and performance!

Hinged footplates enhance Diamondback's patented footpath for comfort and a smoother, easier motion. Also, Diamondback Rear Drive Elliptical maintain the longest stride length in the industry - 21" - and we have one of the narrowest Q-factors [space between the footplates] available.

Programming Options:

Manual mode with quick start option. 20 intensity levels. Random function features unlimited computer generated programs. Hill profiles include fat burner, interval and strength. Heart rate programs present both custom heart rate and heart rate interval programs.
