Understanding how the human body works in relation to where the point of origin and point of insertion of muscles are, should dictate the body position and the "natural movement" of the exercise. With this in mind, Quantum engineers have designed 5 upper body stations incorporating converging and diverging motion in order to exercise the body the way it was designed to work. The result is a series of machines which better isolate and fully work the targeted muscle groups for faster results and more effective training. In addition, the fixed optimal path of motion has a smooth natural feel, and is much more comfortable than traditional machines.
